Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

After 30 days, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available.

 

Accepted Return Reasons

Returns are accepted for:

• Incorrect size

• Incorrect colour, variant or design.

• Damaged or defective items

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In original condition

• In original packaging

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable or digital products

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

• Personal care or sanitary items

• Hazardous materials or flammable goods

 

Media Product Condition Policy

Vinyl, CDs, cassettes, and other media items are not eligible for return if they have:

• Minor packaging damage (e.g. seam splits, corner dings)

• Scratched or dented cases

• Slight warping that does not affect audio

 

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued for:

• Items showing signs of use

• Items not in original condition due to customer handling

• Returns received after 30 days

 

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

• Approval or rejection will be confirmed by email

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

 

Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift:

• A gift credit will be issued once the return is received

If the item was not marked as a gift:

• The refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Returns must be approved before being sent. Please note returns can take between 3-5 business days during peak periods.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted.

For high-value items, a tracked or insured shipping method is recommended.

Soundmerch is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are not paid and the order is returned, a refund will not be issued.

 

Delivery & Returns Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Monitoring tracking information

• Accepting delivery

If an order is returned due to missed delivery or unpaid customs fees:

• Additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order
