The Tote has our Artist/Rocker series of shirts, where a musician who is also a visual artist designs a t-shirt, which are sold at a gig the artist/rocker organises. The shirts are not necessarily "Tote T-shirts" but feature their artwork with a small Tote logo on the back. Previous artists include Justin Fuller (ZOND, TOL), Steph Hughes (Dick Diver), Paul Pirie (Batpiss) and Ray Ahn (The Hard-Ons). For this series we have Carolyn Hawkins (Parsnip, School Damage), Steve Cohen (Rot TV, Flour) and Andrew Onorato (Doomlands).

Carolyn Hawkins is an artist, illustrator and designer living in Melbourne, working with pens, paper, pixels, ink, gouache, clay, words, and sounds. She likes to make work about houses and the things that live inside them, with other things often entering her creative orbit such as gig posters, album artwork, logos, videos, and musical projects.
