Product details
Spiderbait 'The Unfinished Spanish Galleon of Finley Lake LP Powder Blue Vinyl
Marking two decades since its maiden voyage, The Unfinished Spanish Galleon of Finley Lake sails back into port in a stunning 30th Anniversary Edition. First unleashed in 1995, Spiderbait’s second album was a fast, fearless collision of indie-rock swagger, razor-sharp riffs, and the band’s trademark left-of-centre detours. It caught the country’s attention, climbed to #14 on the ARIA Albums Chart, scored two ARIA Award nominations, and cemented the trio’s place as one of Australia’s most inventive rock acts.
Packed with fan favourites like "Monty", "Jesus", "I Gotta Know" and "Sam Gribbles", the album remains a cult classic - a wild, unpredictable ride that captures Spiderbait at the moment they became a force in Australian music.
This special anniversary pressing is cut on 180gsm heavyweight vinyl in the album’s signature powder blue. The inner sleeve bursts with a nostalgic photo collage from the band’s own archives, while Janet English’s original artwork and iconic characters take centre stage. A one-time, limited release.
