LXRP is a post-punk/dance-punk trio from Naarm, Australia. It consists of Amy Rogers (Restraint, Bigger Boot) on bass guitar, Heather Jardany (Heather Vomiting God) on electric guitar and drum programming, and Mish Furner on vocals. The band formed in mid 2024 and have since played over thirty shows across Naarm, with word-of-mouth quickly spreading about their blend of sounds, from local post-punk acts like Orion and Low Life to the dancier, pop-focused moments of bands like New Order and The Cure.

Their first single, ‘Artifacting’, was released in May 2025 and quickly became a crowd favourite at gigs for its distinctive cowbell-led drum beat, introducing LXRP’s sound: Heather’s infectious guitar licks atop Amy’s galloping basslines, and Mish’s commanding vocal hooks.

Their second single, ‘Maintenance’, was released in February 2026. Their third single is released on May 15, 2026, ahead of their debut self-titled album.

LXRP’s debut, self-titled album was recorded DIY in a single day in a tiny home studio. It encompasses songs written at the band's inception (Bricks, Artifacting) and newer tracks that show an evolution of their sound (Pinata, Decouple). As such, it’s an album that effortlessly bounces between heavy post-punk bursts and lighter, colder moments, showcasing the trio’s wide-ranging influences.
