Where much of the ongoing Fuzz Club Official Bootleg series has highlighted King Gizz’s heavier and microtonal works, the Brisbane show was a rare stripped-back acoustic performance showcasing the band’s more laidback side - revisiting early fan-favourites from ‘Paper Mache Dream Balloon’, ‘Quarters’, ‘Oddments’, ‘Gumboot Soup’, ‘I’m In Your Mind Fuzz’ and ‘Float Along - Fill Your Lungs’.
