Terms and Conditions
Please allow 7 days for your order to be received in Australia, and 21 days for New Zealand and international orders.
Australian orders are sent in ‘prepaid satchels'.
Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or an Australian public holiday won't be shipped until the next business day.
All other orders are sent Monday to Friday.
You may return your order only if it is wrong size / incorrect colour / damaged/. All returns must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible. All returns must be approved first by email and you need to specify the reason for the return and the invoice number. If the item was an incorrect purchase, you will be charged for postage for the returned item.
Cash refunds are not given, and if you return an item, you'll receive a credit for that same amount.
Returns must be new, unworn, and unwashed. We do not refund postage costs on returns or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf.
SOUNDMERCH is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. SECURITY/PRIVACY SSL certificate implemented. No credit-card information is handled by SOUNDMERCH. Intruder detection software & procedures will be handled by the hosting provider. SOUNDMERCH does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
